Welcome to Rodeo Rhythm! By participating in our classes or events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility: Our classes are open to individuals aged 16 and above. Participants under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to attend.

Health and Safety Participation in Rodeo Rhythm classes and events is voluntary and involves physical activity, which may pose a risk of injury. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are in good physical health and capable of participating in physical exercise. If in doubt, consult a healthcare professional before attending. Participants must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to the start of a class.

Waiver of Liability Rodeo Rhythm is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or health issues that may arise during or after participation in our classes or events. By participating, you accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, associated with the activity. This waiver extends to the venue, instructors, and staff associated with Rodeo Rhythm.

Code of Conduct Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the class or event, with no refund provided. Alcohol or drug use is strictly prohibited during classes.

Refund Policy Payments for classes,packages or events are non-refundable, except in cases where Rodeo Rhythm cancels a session. Any refunds issued are at the sole discretion of Rodeo Rhythm.

Event-Specific Terms: Separate terms and conditions may apply to special events or workshops.

Photography and Media: By attending classes or events, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform the instructor or staff prior to the session.

Changes to Schedule or Terms Rodeo Rhythm reserves the right to modify the class schedule, venue, or terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes in advance.

Data Protection Personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of administering classes and events.
Baby Friendly Class Policy
Safety Guidelines
* Babies must remain off the dance floor at all times and should either be:
* held in arms, or
* secured in a suitable sling/carrier/harness.
* Crawling babies must remain at the side of the hall or be held/carried for safety reasons.
* Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the supervision, wellbeing and safety of their child at all times during the class.
* Please ensure you dance within your own physical limits and stop whenever needed to feed, change or comfort your baby.
Liability
By attending Rodeo Rhythm baby friendly classes, all participants acknowledge that:
* Participation is undertaken at your own risk.
* Rodeo Rhythm and its instructors are not liable for any injury, accident, loss or damage sustained by yourself, your baby or your belongings during or after the class.
* It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they and their baby are medically fit to attend and participate.
Photography & Filming
Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during classes for promotional and social media purposes.
By attending the class, you consent to Rodeo Rhythm filming and sharing content that may include you and/or your baby unless you have directly informed the instructor beforehand that you do not wish to appear in any content.
We will always do our best to respect privacy requests.
General
Rodeo Rhythm reserves the right to amend class policies and safety guidelines when necessary.
Special Occasion Bookings (Hens, Weddings, Coorporate events, Brithdays, Wild West package etc):
By booking any special occasions package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment
* Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
* Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received in full. -
Non-Refundable Deposit
* 50% of the total booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
* This amount secures your event date and covers preparation, administration, and reserved availability. -
Cancellation Policy
* The remaining 50% of the booking fee is refundable if cancellation is made at least 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the event date.
* If cancellation occurs within 3 weeks of the event, the full booking amount will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. -
Date Changes & Rescheduling
* Rodeo Rhythms is happy to accommodate date changes where possible.
* All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
* The original 50% non-refundable portion will always remain non-refundable.
* If a new date is unavailable and the booking is cancelled:
* More than 3 weeks’ notice: only the refundable 50% may be returned.
* Less than 3 weeks’ notice: the full amount will be forfeited. -
Agreement
By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and accepts this booking and cancellation policy in full.
Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Line Dance Cardio & Baby Friendly Classes:
At Rodeo Rhythm, we have a clear policy regarding refunds and rescheduling to ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our classes.

Refund Policy

Pay As You Go Bookings: All Pay As You Go bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Block bookings: Block bookings like the 6 week, 8 week etc are sold as a discounted bundle and are non-refundable, either in part or in full, once purchased.

Rescheduling Policy

Pay As You Go Bookings: Customers may reschedule a Pay As You Go booking to another available date and time, provided that at least 24 hours' notice is given and provided there are spaces within the desired session. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice is not permitted, and the session will be forfeited without refund.

Block bookings may not be refunded, moved or exchanged for cash or credit.

Rescheduling Within 24 Hours
If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of the class, we kindly ask that you email us directly at rodeorhythm.uk@gmail.com. Please note that rescheduling within this 24-hour window is only permitted under the following circumstances:
- Injury
- Inability to attend due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., transport issues)
- Illness
For these cases, we can only offer to rearrange your booking once per calendar month. If you exceed this allowance, we will not be able to offer further rescheduling for that month, and no refunds will be issued. The option to move to a particular date also relys on class availabilty so may not always be possible.
4. Limitations and Non-Transferability
- You can only reschedule a class once within a 24-hour window per calendar month. If you need to reschedule more than once in a month, we are unable to offer this service.
- Rescheduled classes must be used within a reasonable time frame, subject to availability.
- Classes may be transferable to other individuals as long as you notify us via email.
